Beer description
A traditional Belgian Saison, aged for almost a year in a French wine barrel. Aged with Wyeast 3278 Lambic Blend Yeast, a blend of Belgian ale strains, sherry yeast, two Brettanomyces strains and lactic acid bacteria to produce lambic-like ales. The Saison has a pleasantly rounded character with notes of overripe grass, hay, soaked apples, oak and a light acidity.
