Beer description
Toloka is an ancient custom of collective assistance in household chores. Toloka is a form of peasant mutual aid, which is called upon by neighbors, relatives and comrades. Usually, toloka involves treating workers. According to some ethnographers, Toloka is a female deity, the patroness of the harvest and fertility.
For this Toloka, we took summer berries from our Ukrainian gardens and forests: cherries, blueberries and blackberries. Added to our sour ale along with a little lactose, they gave an incredible sweet and sour berry bouquet, creating a rich aroma and taste of this beer.
