Specially brewed Sweet Stout beer for St. Patrick's Day. It refers directly to the tradition of brewing stouts in Ireland. Top-fermented beer. Dark, almost black as dark chocolate, velvety beer with a hint of milky sweetness, coffee, finished with noble bitterness. More sweet and velvety than a typical stout. The sweetness of this beer is ensured by the use of lactose. Beer is also called cream stout. Perfect with desserts, chocolate. The whole creates an original bittersweet combination.
