Milling In The Name of DANA NA! Brewed to celebrate the announcement of the reuniting of one of the greatest bands from the 90's. Milling In The Name is a dry hopped stout that's ready to stick it to the Man, man. Pitch black, silky smooth, and firmly bitter from the chocolate wheat, black malt, and heavy dose of HBC472 hops. Added an extra dose of HBC472 post fermentation to boost the aroma and flavor profile with the bright coconut and deep woody flavors that this experimental hop has to offer. The final product is a big bodied stout with moderate alcohol, rich roasted flavors and aromas from the malts, and a deep woody, almost barrel like, quality with a faint hint tropical coconut.
