Red Horn - Zwickelbier

Zwickelbier is a traditional beer style from Germany. It was the freshest beer directly from the lager tank a brew master would share with his friends and brewers. Since we're in Texas, consider everyone friends! So, wanted to share this Zwickel with you! Start off with a Pilsner like base and used an exciting new American hop, HBC1940, that pops the palate with Germanic hop character. This pale lager was fermented cold, like any other lager, but skipped the extended aging period to provide you with a taste of some of the freshest beer have to offer. Prost!
