Beer description
Red, Wit and Blue, an oak fermented wild ale, with fruits from The Blue Fruit Farm, Lorence's Berry Farm, and Honeyberry USA. We blended one barrel of a wild fermented Belgian style wit with a particular barrel of mixed fermented farmhouse ale. Two months on black currants, wild foraged elderberries, aronia berries, juneberries, honeyberries, blueberries and red raspberries, layered flavors of bumbleberry pie and rustic fruit leather. Bottle conditioned for six months, share this wild ale on a blanket with friends watching fireworks
