The 6% tart Berliner Weisse gently caresses the already overripe figs, which are released from their sweetness. But there is a problem. Or rather, there was. After canning, the fig flavor disappeared. Since we don't use anything to create fig flavor, let's just stick with the honest fact that this is a very tasty fruity Berliner Weisse, but it doesn't have the fig flavor.
