Special brown with a 6 month aging in the Nuits St Georges piece. Black color, relatively dense and creamy foam, nice persistence despite the long aging ... Vinous nose, you find these notes in the first mouth. Then it starts openly with roasted malts (roasted aromas - coffee), followed by a nice bitterness. Resinous notes and a long bitterness that balances the malty body. Slight astringency in the mouth.
