Ale beer, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle, clear, double malt. Beer with a high alcohol content but sweet on entry thanks to the use of honey and honeydew that give sweetness and character, full-bodied in the mouth with a high gustatory persistence. Pleasant hints of yellow fruit and honey and strong olfactory intensity.
