If you drink beer and love farmhouse ales, this one might just be in your wheelhouse. If you like sours, this one def fits into that genre [without being a beer]. You might be very surprised that the masterminds at Bishop [behind the glass wall] created this amazing cider. It is everything you look for in a sour. I just don’t know how they do it. Gotta get it fast though, as this one won’t last long. It’s truly that good. Salute!
