Sudden Death - Rest easy

IPA is dead. Long live IPA. An American Double IPA of yore, Rest Easy lies somewhere in time between the bitter bombs arms race and fruit salads of the haze craze. Brewed with a pinch of oats and wheat, fermented with a classic American yeast strain, and heavily dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, CryoPop, Centennial, Chinook, and Crystal, Rest Easy is lean, hoppy, and well-balanced. We taste sweet orange, honey, and pine.
