Beer description
Just a fun little brewer’s experiment. Christmas loaf is an experimental version of our Italian Pilsner Curly Loaf. Fermented side by side with Curly Loaf but the differences being; no dry hops, the beer was lagered for an extra month and we captured CO2 for a naturally carbonated lager. Smooth and delicate, this beer has a touch more noble hop character and a light caramel malt note on the finish.
