Beer description
Brewed over a year ago, this dark Belgian ale has been aging half in bourbon barrels and half in rye whiskey barrels. The whiskey aromatics blend seamlessly with the vanilla, toffee, and slight tart cherry. As the beer warms, it opens up with light wisps of coffee and Christmas spice. Pretty crazy, right? The flavor is weirder still! Bourbon and caramel are swept away by tart raspberry and cherry all while a touch of sourness lingers and makes your mouth water. This is a one of a kind creation that will not happen again!
