Resurgence Brewing - Flats & Drums

For more than a year the Resurgence Brewing Team took on a challenge no other brewer had yet to figure out. The challenge? Create the perfect beer to complement a true Buffalo wing. This beer had to be more than a wing pairing. We demanded a wing partner. After dozens of test batches, tastings, wet naps, and mild indigestion, we finally did it. Slightly malty with a delicate hop nose, the magic is in the sweet honey finish. It calms down the spice and coats the tongue, providing temporary relief for even the spiciest of wings. We should also mention it complements blue cheese (we didn’t bother to test it with ranch).
