Our Holiday Ale has strong cinnamon and toast aromatics balanced with a teensy bit of nutmeg and ginger. The flavor is sweet like our brewer Nick, and boasts a striking resemblance to French toast, with hints of chocolate and caramel. This ale is rich enough to cut through the cold, and at 5.5% ABV you will not feel guilty having a few (unlike all of those holiday cookies).
