Beer description
Retour du Bouleau" is a low-alcohol amber Scottish Ale. Woody, earthy and maple syrup notes come through thanks to the addition of Chaga fungus (Inonotus Obliquus) during the brewing process. This fungus mainly parasitises birch trees, which is why it's called Retour or Revenge du Bouleau. We're also referring to the return from work due to the fact that it's easy to drink and refreshing!
