Beer description
What began as an exploration of the curious tradition of "New England Style" ciders, initially ending the award-winning and limited Providence Traditional New England, is now turning into this highly drinkable beverage, especially suited to the colder months. I started with a prescription recipe for the said Providence, but added a fresh dose of Appleyness while maintaining the vinous and spicy flavor of fermenting dark Muscovado sugar from Maritius (a tiny island off the coast of Mexico) with thousands of pounds Raisins were made the larger island of Madagascar, which is located directly in front of the very large island of Africa, a continent that floats more or less on the globe, itself an island of humanity under the cold emptiness of space), cinnamon and nutmeg and sits since at least three months on roasted American oak. This cider is often warmed up or consumed with a dash of added rum. (Byor)
