Beer description

Cherry colored with pink foam. Aromas of sour cherries, red fruits and apples can be found on the nose. On the palate there is a mild acidity, fine tannin like the skin of cherries and apples. A great cider for the summer with good drinkability. The Sacrilege Sour Cherry is not a cherry cider, but an apple cider made from the Granny Smith variety. This strain is known for its fruity taste and low acidity. The main cherry variety is one of the best in the world, the Montmorency sour cherry, and classic cherries and Morello sour cherries are fermented with an English ale yeast. In addition, the cider was rounded off with Bartlett pear juice, ghost chillies and secret spices.
