Barreling forth from the same French-oak-augmented blend of stout used in 2025 Vanilla Deth, this super-accessible rendition features Mexican cocoa nibs from our buds at Sleepwalk (by Dark Matter Coffee). With so much of the vanilla character coming from oak rather than just hand-split beans, you’ll need to allow the beer to achieve cellar temperature before the full breadth of aromatics presents itself.
