Officine Birrai - Rhapsody

Beer inspired by the rare svàtečnì ležàk (festive beer) that originated in the early 20th century. It has an intense amber colour with garnet highlights and a compact hazelnut-coloured foam. On the nose, fruity and biscuity notes combine with spicy and herbaceous hop notes, reappearing on the palate with an enveloping yet balanced finish.
