Rhombus Craft Brewery - Bitter Sweet Symphony

This is a more extreme form of American Barleywine. The aroma is dominant from a typical American hop with citrus notes and caramel malt. The American hop gives the beer to the malty, sweet taste, but the bitter is also very pronounced! The finish is reminiscent of grapefruit.
