Beer description
Dark sour ale. This is a blend of several types of beer, aged in oak barrels. Red ale - aged in oak barrel from rose wine; Sour cherry ale - aged in oak barrel from red wine; Dark ale - aged in new oak barrel. And we added black currant fruits to the blend. The fruits and sour cherries in the aroma are enhanced by the wine sourness and vanilla from the new barrel.
