A deep russet red, this barrel-aged beauty is a blend of two different beer-styles aged for 20 and 24 months in Ontario red wine barrels and then bottle-conditioned for 3 months. Aromas of cherry, oak and barnyard funk, lead into a malt forward sour ale with a very dry tannic finish.
