Wild Ride Brewing - Ride the Rail Pale Ale

A brew that began with a malt bill similar to our Electri-Fly IPA, we shifted gears utilizing a new hop program to create Ride the Rail Pale Ale. A medium-to-high bitterness is created with Eureka hops, and Equinox, El Dorado and Calypso hops give the beer a fruit forward flavor and aroma. The combination of these hops lend light fruit nuances to this pale ale, such as star fruit, lychee, pineapple, peach and apricot. Sometimes twists and turns demand adjustment and change, and we’re thrilled these hop varieties blended so well together to create this delicious brew bursting with flavor.
