The summer brew is dark yellow, slightly cloudy in the glass and has a fine-pored foam that is relatively short-lived. Fine Zirus aromas dominate the nose. These can also be found on the palate, but relatively subtle. Underneath there is a light, pleasant body of malt. The carbonation is relatively weak, which is why it is advisable to cool the beer well. All in all a nice, light summer beer with delicate notes of hops. Because of the subtle taste, it is certainly also suitable for beginners in the craft beer sector.
