Rio Azul - New Moon Rising

Rangel from Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing is the creative mind behind this beer. It started with one of his earlier collaborations with Canadian brewery Third Moon – but in the end we chose our own path. The beer was brought to life by Eloy and his crew at Río Azul in Seville. Simcoe was used on both hot and cold side, while Mosaic was added in the whirlpool and in the tank.
