Beer description
Robichaud Crusoé is a hopped wheat sour beer. The addition of cold hops after lactic fermentation brings a fruity, acidic taste to this refreshing beer. These highly aromatic hops give this beer flavours and aromas of citrus fruit, mango and apricot. This Sour Ale is brewed in collaboration with Mike Robichaud, Le Prospecteur's best customer living on his island of Senneterre Paroisse and proud standard-bearer of our company.
