Beer description
Slightly cloudy, amber-coloured beer, characterised by a white, medium-grained and fairly persistent foam.
The aroma is intense and predominantly characterised by citrus and tropical notes conferred by the abundant use of American and Pacific hops (grapefruit, mandarin, mango, passion fruit and white grapes). Later, malty aromas of fresh, biscuity bread can be detected.
The flavour is very intense and the taste persistence long. The balance in the mouth is shifted towards the bitterness, which is long and intense and quickly cleanses the initial malt sweetness. In the aftertaste the aromas given by the hops can be found.
A low alcohol beer, with decisive bitterness supported by a good body and balanced by a present and pleasant maltiness.
