Rodenbach Grand Cru, a dark red Flemish ale, is a Belgian specialty beer. It tastes of oak with a fruity light vanilla note and a well-defined fruity acidity. This ale is blended from young beer and from beer matured in large oak barrels for two years. It is fermented with mixed yeasts.
