A limited edition beer created for the 65th anniversary of the sister city partnership between Kobe and Seattle! Based on the recipe of Lucky Envelope Brewery from Seattle, an IPA style that expresses Rokko Beer Rasysa with "Yamada Nishiki" from Kobe, famous for sake rice.
