Belgian-inspired crafted wheat beer, straw color, persistent foam. The body is light, aroma and taste are fresh and delicate, given by unmalted wheat, and spices like coriander and citrus peel. The hopping is light to leave space for spices and malts, so the taste tends to be sweet. Fresh and light, it is excellent as an aperitif and goes well with delicate dishes.
