Black Isle Brewery Co. - Rolling Palace IPA VII

When we made Rolling Palace, it was supposed to be a one off. But we loved it. So we've made others. Rolling Palace is now our IPA series. Same base beer, different dry hop. Number 7: Callista. A tenuous reference to Ally McBeal aside, 'Callista' means 'Most Beautiful' in Greek. This hop is a hybrid of Hallertau Tradition and Huell. Fruity, citrusy, and quite deliciousy. This is - of course - the organic version, so arms and legs were sold to acquire it in such abundance. 100% Organic, 100% Most Beautiful
