Black Isle Brewery Co. - Rolling Palace IPA VIII

When we made Rolling Palace, it was supposed to be a one off. But we loved it. So we've made others. Rolling Palace is now our IPA series. Same base beer, different dry hop. Number 8: Citra. There are few words that don't sell beer; 'golden' is one. 'Ruby' is another. Some, however, do - in abundance. 'Citra' is one of them, especially when followed up with 'IPA'. This is a Citra IPA, and if that doesn't have your collar damp, you've been long-dead inside. This beer is 100% Organic and at least 500% more desirable than a Ruby Mild.
