Birra Ronzani - West Coast IPA

An unfiltered and unpasteurized top-fermented craft beer with a Gold color and fine, persistent foam. On the nose and palate, delicate malt notes balance the resinous hints of hops to close with a marked but pleasant bitterness in the finish. Because of its fresh character and intense aftertaste, it is an ideal accompaniment at dinner, especially when paired with red meat dishes, or for an after-dinner drink.
