Beer description
A multi-oat/wheat/fonio driven DIPA that was whirlpooled with Citra, Simcoe, and Krush hops. Dosed throughout primary fermentation with apricot purée and sauvignon blanc grape must. Cold conditioned on grapefruit zest prior to packaging.
