Roros Bryggeri - Blueberry Sour

Blueberry Sour combines the very best Norwegian ingredients. The beer is brewed using malt from Bonsak Malt in Skogn, which gives it a pleasant malty character. We also use blueberries from our own berry processing facility, resulting in a reddish colour, delicate fruitiness and distinct berry notes. Finally, we add a little whey from Rørosmeieriet, which helps to balance the beer, create a refreshing mouthfeel and bring out the flavours in the beer.
