Beer description
For this top-fermented double malt red beer, several varieties of spring distich barley malt (Pilsner, Aromatic, Melanoidin, Wheat) and no less than 14 types of hops were used, including Perle (Germany) Tradition (Germany), Saaz (Czech Republic), East Kent Golding (England) and Willamette (USA).
With an unmistakable flavour, its splendid colour shows auburn and ruby highlights, while its foam is white and compact. A beer rich in spice flavours, warming, enveloping the palate and conquering it with a round and persistent finish. That is why this is a beer for great connoisseurs. Particularly suitable at the table with meat dishes, it happily accompanies red meats and game, perfect with mature cheeses and the most fragrant cured meats.
