Brauerei zum Rossknecht - Tim & Strupp

The Witbier is our secret favourite. Light yellow with a fine foam, the delicious beer comes into the glass. The coriander dominates the smell, but recedes immediately on the tongue. The wit is wonderfully refreshing with a tangerine note and the carbonation is almost perfect. The finish is again with coriander but more in the direction of citrus and that in turn makes it uniquely delicious for the German interpretation.
