Rostocker - Rostocker Weihnachtsbock

Clear, dark brown beer with quite large, slightly beige, creamy head. Malty smell of dark bread, some roasted malt and caramel; slightly sweet. Quite sweet taste but also bitter; Sweet malts and dark fruits and bread dominate the taste. Malty-sweet finish.
