Hop Roulette is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties. Eclipse is the fourth beer in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% Eclipse and 50% Mosaic hops. Aroma is filled with juicy and ripe fruits - tangerines, mango, grapefruit. Palate is juicy with a balancing resinous hoppy character. A refreshing IPA with a full body and juicy flavour profile.
