Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale. Collab' feat. Le Café des Sports. As well as memorable tasting experiences, it's well known that bars are always on the lookout for high-pintability beverages. That's the tough but cheerful task assigned to us by Strasbourg's super bar Café des Sports with this Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale. The team wanted a beer that was dry, clear, bitter but not too bitter, and with a lovely Sauvinesque aroma (a blend of gooseberry and Sauvignon Blanc) that could be boosted with a family Dry Hop. Without wishing to get carried away, and in all modesty, we dare say that the objective has been achieved! In short, long live sport, and long live post-sport!
