Beer description
This version of Rousse du Prospecteur (Irish Red Ale) is matured in oak casks for 16 months with raspberries, lactic bacteria and Brettanomyces. It is characterised by its taste of caramel and barley sugar, accentuated by a light touch of roasted malt. The result is a fruity, tart, rustic and woody red. (SRM 14)
