Royal City Brewing - Brett Quad

The Royal City Brewing Company's Brett Quad is a strong Belgian quadruple. A reddish copper beer with a thick, frothy, brown head. In the aroma sweet-fruity caramel malt with a lot of board, cherries and lactic acid. In the mouth a nice sweet caramel malt with resinous herbaceous hops, liquorice and herbs. In the mouth slightly grassy hops, liquorice, alcoholic warmth, very full-bodied and complex.
