Lion’s Tail - Royale Noir

Our Farmhouse Ale was brewed with Vienna, Pale, and wheat malts along with locally-harvested clover honey. We then selected French oak pinot noir barrels to age this beer in our cellar through all four seasons. Complex red wine fruit notes, light acidity balanced with a malted base and mild dry finish.
