Rožnovský Vic’s Secret

The main raw material for the production is the luxurious Pale Ale malt, which gives it an excellent body and light color. Beer is produced by infusion brewing, typical of beers of this style. However, this is produced as a single hop - it means that only one type of hops is used for its production. In this case, it is an Australian hop variety called Vic. Secret, which is characterized by a strong green fruit aroma complemented by tones of strawberry, pineapple and candied fruit. Beer is fermented at higher temperatures, which promotes interesting fruit tones, which are provided by specially bred yeast.
