Rec Brew - Rubik

Rubik is a West Coast IPA style craft beer - gluten free, with a dry hopping of Strata and Chinook hops. Rubik is a golden straw-coloured beer, with an abundant white foam that is very persistent in the glass. In aroma, resinous, piney notes stand out together with more tropical aromas coming from the Strata hops; and notes of cereals coming from the malts used. With the first sip of beer, we will see that it is very well balanced, its 40 IBUs of bitterness are very well integrated with the malts and hops. A long and easy drinking West Coast IPA, and you don't have to be celiac to enjoy it. Cheers Comrade!
