You were supposed to get booze? This Rum Ham is loaded with booze. This imperial stout was aged in both 10 year Woodford Reserve & Taconic Bourbon barrels for 18 months. Extremely dark brown in color, full bodied with notes of chocolate roast and smooth barrel character. As the beer warms, more notes of the boozy barrel spirt rounds off the slight caramel sweetness of the base beer. Warm sun, cool Wynwood breezes, getting ripshit on ham… might we say getting HAMmered?
