The 4th single hopped DIPA as part of this series is Mosaic. Launched in 2012 in the US, this hop has become a popular instant classic. We’ve used both Mosaic T90 and Cryo in this batch where you can expect big hits of blueberry, mango and bubblegum on the nose and a full tropical and dank finish on the tongue.
