Beer description
Brewed with the holy trinity of British malts: pale, brown and black and hopped with insane amounts of East Kent Goldings hops to 120 IBUs. Complex flavors of bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, espresso and Italian amaro. Finishes with a firm bitterness that makes it dangerously drinkable.
With four months of aging at the brewery, this is a beer that is fantastic right now but will soften with a year or two of aging. Bottle conditioned, cork and caged 750 ml bottles.
