On our 5-barrel pilot brewery, the beers in this series are a way for RRBC’s brewing team to develop new recipes, try different ingredients, and research brewing process techniques on a smaller scale. It’s also a way for Vinnie to get back to doing the thing that he loves the most–brewing beer!
